You are able to control your call center experience directly from within the Horizon with Webex app.
These options can be found in the bottom-left of the app, next to Call settings. From here you can change your availability status and decide which queues to be part of.
Your available queues will be listed in the Join queue section. Tick each queue you wish to join as required.
